P7 Children and their parents all attended The R.E.I.M programme last night.
The Boundaries programme covers the transition from primary to post-primary education, exploring the possibilities and pitfalls. It is aimed at children in their final year of primary education and their parents and the programme will provide a space where common issues can be discussed, including some worries that children or parents might have about the move to secondary school, dealing with new experiences and stress, peer pressure and new friendships. This course will provide both parties with skills and knowledge to communicate effectively with each other, focusing on both offline and online activity, at a time when children are exploring their independence
