The children did lots of activities this week including yoga, they made Friendship Tellers, Calming Shakers, Hopeful Minds tasks and watched the movie "Inside Out."
The theme of the movie is to:
Embrace the wholeness of ourselves, give ourselves permission to not be “okay,” and that we have to give those around us a chance to work through their emotional realizations.
